An eosinophil cutaway model opens a round white blood cell to show its bilobed nucleus and packed granules. The two smooth, kidney-shaped nuclear lobes curl around each other like a yin-yang, joined by a thin bridge, while dozens of rounded specific granules crowd the cytoplasm around them. A thick, knobbly membrane wall frames the cut face, giving the disc a strong edge and plenty of depth.
