A weathered stone ritual altar stands on two tapered pillars, its flat slab top framed by a raised rim and four horn-like corner posts. Between the pillars, a lintel carries a carved triple moon symbol, waxing crescent, full circle and waning crescent, facing the viewer. Cracked blocks and chiselled seams cover every surface, giving it an old, hand-built feel. Use it as a cultist shrine in a dungeon crawl, a moonlit sacrifice spot for a witch coven encounter, or a centerpiece in a forest temple ruin on your gaming table.
