Modeled on the ancient Chinese terracotta army, this standing warrior statue clasps his hands in front of a studded lamellar armor vest. The sculpt shows a calm face with closed eyes and a curled mustache, a braided cord running past each ear, and a tall wrapped topknot on top of the head. Padded sleeves, a riveted belt and a long armored skirt complete the figure, which stands on its own square base. It makes a fine display piece for a history shelf, a desk, or a collection of ancient world figures.
