Straight out of the Cambrian seas, this Hallucigenia sculpt shows one of the strangest early animals ever found. A long ringed tube body rests on paired slender legs ending in small claws, while two rows of tall tapering spines rise from its back. The rounded head carries a ring of tiny mouth tendrils, and a short rear spike finishes the tail. With no base, it stands on its own legs, making a striking display piece for a fossil shelf, a prehistoric creature collection or a classroom lesson on early life.
