Meet Thylacosmilus, the sabre toothed marsupial predator of ancient South America, sculpted mid-stride. Long blade-like upper fangs hang below a powerful jaw, while dark stripes ripple across its muscular back and flanks. The low, prowling walk carries the body forward on clawed feet, balanced by a long tapering tail.
