Siege catapult with a long throwing arm ending in a shallow spoon cup, mounted on a four wheeled timber chassis. Two A frame uprights carry a rope lashed crossbeam, with diagonal braces, iron strapped joints and rivet studs along the heavy beams. A twisted rope and winch sit at the rear of the frame. The open wooden build shows every beam clearly, so it works well as a medieval siege engine on a battlefield tabletop, a castle assault diorama or a display shelf.
