A prehistoric Sarcosuchus stands low on splayed legs with its long, narrow snout thrown open to show rows of sharp teeth. Rows of raised bony scutes run from the neck to the tip of the tapering tail, and the bulbous knob at the end of the snout is sculpted clearly. A separate conical tooth with a ridged crown and worn root comes alongside it, a nice nod to the fossils this giant crocodile is known from. It suits a prehistoric display shelf, a dinosaur-era tabletop scene or a classroom lesson on ancient reptiles.
