A wooden hand printing press stands tall on two heavy posts joined by a flat top beam, with a screw and platen above a sliding bed. A long pull bar swings out from the screw, and the bed carries two round ink balls and a type forme. At the front, a legged table supports a hinged tympan and frisket frame that tilts open.
