Rigid airship models like this zeppelin make a striking centerpiece for a display shelf. The long streamlined hull is covered in fine longitudinal ribbing, and a control gondola hangs beneath the nose. Four engine cars with propellers project from the sides, and handrail panels run along the underside. A cruciform set of tail fins and a small nose cap finish the silhouette. The hull is a solid closed form with clean attachments, so it suits aviation fans, history classrooms and collectors of vintage aircraft.
