A cytotoxic T cell latches onto a cancer cell in this two-part immune system model, frozen mid-attack. The killer T cell on the left bristles with finger-like projections, while the tumor cell on the right swells with round, bulging blebs. Between them a tight contact zone is filled with small rounded granules where the attack is delivered. Use it to explain immunology and cancer immunotherapy in a biology or medical classroom, or as a dramatic science display.
