Long and wide in the hull, this cruise missile submarine model carries a low, elongated sail with a slim mast rising from its top. Panelled deck plating, small recessed hatches and tiny fittings cover the smooth hull, and a ring seam crosses it near the stern. A vertical tail fin stands on top of the stern with a small fin beneath it. The sculpt is solid and closed, so it prints as one sturdy piece with no hollow shell. It suits a display shelf, a naval collection or a classroom lesson on submarine design, and gives a model builder a good Oscar II class submarine to show off.
