A gothic oval mirror frame crowned by a perched bat gripping the top edge with its clawed hands, ears raised and wings spread wide on either side. Smaller bats cling to the left and right sides of the frame, each with folded membrane wings and ribbed bone-like fingers. The lower end tapers into a pointed, vine-like crest with a small webbed wing flourish. The central oval panel is smooth and recessed, ready to hold glass or art. It suits a dark fantasy display, a Halloween shelf or a gothic wall decoration, and it would also work as a relief plaque.
