A haunted gothic clock tower rises from a stepped stone base to a tiled spire, with bats swirling around its roof and clinging to its ledges. Each side of the clock level carries a round clock face framed by small pinnacles, while the shaft below has tall pointed arched windows with carved tracery and bands of stonework. A small dormer opening pierces the roof and gargoyle-like bats perch at the corners.
