A tall, narrow timber framed city house rises three storeys over a small stone doorstep. Crossed timber braces frame every wall, each upper floor juts out on carved brackets, and small cross-paned windows climb the front and one side. A plank front door with a round knob sits beside a little shop window, while a steep tiled roof with a gently sagging ridge and a square chimney stack crowns the top. Its slim footprint lets it slot between other buildings on a crowded medieval street for fantasy tabletop games or a village diorama.
