Kitware's Visualization Toolkit writes VTK files for ParaView, 3D Slicer and simulation codes, so medical segmentations and engineering results often arrive as VTK polydata. The VTK Viewer opens that geometry in the browser with nothing uploaded, letting a surface turn, zoom and be seen from the front, side and top. With Dimensions On its size reads out in millimetres, worth checking when scan data was in other units. Export Image and Export Video save a still or a turntable spin for a report.
