Flat Bottom and Top Cuts for Vase Mode

Vase mode 3D printing wants one clean outline from a flat bottom upward, and this free STL cutter cuts a 3D Print STL File flat at the bottom and the top with both heights found for it: the bottom footprint and the highest single outline. Both cuts are capped so the model stays closed and slices cleanly in spiral vase mode in Bambu Studio, Cura, Orca Slicer or PrusaSlicer. Nothing is uploaded, and StarForge 3D Modeling Software readies any vase or planter model in one drop.
