Close Holes in Color Sandstone Print Files

Virtual Reality Modeling Language, saved as .wrl, began as 1990s web 3D and lives on as the colour format for full colour sandstone printers and as an export from many CAD and scanning tools. VRML Repair reads the mesh, fills its holes, merges overlapping and intersecting shapes and remeshes the whole model into one closed, decimated solid. Colour data is dropped, since a filament or resin slicer needs only shape, and the repaired part saves as a 3D Print STL File for 3D printing. StarForge 3D Modeling Software runs the fix without Meshmixer.
