VRML (Virtual Reality Modeling Language) has a long history in chemistry: 1990s molecular viewers and Jmol could export .wrl files, and full-colour print services still accept them. VRML Molecule Model writes a ball and stick, space filling, wireframe or cloud molecule from any typed name, using PubChem atoms and 3D positions and van der Waals radii. StarForge 3D Modeling Software also saves a 3D Print STL File, cut flat underneath so it stands for 3D printing on a desktop machine.
