Scale Planks and Beams Viewed on Your Bench

Through AR Quick Look, the USDZ format, Apple's Universal Scene Description Zip, lets a scale beam or planking sheet be seen on a real workbench via an iPhone or iPad before printing. The USDZ Scale Lumber output makes wood planks, wood beams and planking sheets from real lumber at 1:24 to 1:100 or 28 mm, with fixed wood grain, the odd knot and V joints, none thinner than 0.8 mm. StarForge 3D Modeling Software also gives a 3D Print STL File for 3D printing, where resin or a 0.25 mm nozzle shows the grain.
