Pixar's zipped Universal Scene Description, USDZ, opens in Apple's AR Quick Look and Reality Composer, so the USDZ Greeble Generator can place a sci-fi panel on a real wall through an iPhone. Size, a light, medium or busy density and Shuffle set the plates, vents, rivets and pipes, and the same Shuffle number repeats the panel, 3 mm thick with details up to 2 mm proud. StarForge 3D Modeling Software also gives a 3D Print STL File that prints flat with no supports for 3D printing kitbash detail.
