Scale iPhone Scans Into Wearable Cosplay

Apple's Object Capture and many iPhone scanning apps save to USDZ (Universal Scene Description Zip), Pixar's USD in one zip, viewed in AR Quick Look. USDZ Cosplay Scaler turns those scans and AR models into printable cosplay: a helmet sized by head circumference, armour by wearer height, or a scanned figure scaled to a life size statue. The free tool cuts the model into the fewest pieces that fit a 200 mm cube, ready for a 220 mm bed and aligned for gluing. StarForge 3D Modeling Software writes each piece as a 3D Print STL File for 3D printing.
