Thin shells modelled in FreeCAD and saved as OpenCascade BREP can look fine on screen yet vanish in the slicer, and Thicken BREP Walls fixes that in the browser. The exact surfaces are turned into a mesh and joined into one surface, then every wall is thickened to at least the thickness set, 1.2 mm by default. The result is a mesh, so the exact BREP geometry is not kept. StarForge 3D Modeling Software uploads nothing and saves a 3D Print STL File with walls solid enough for 3D printing, no Meshmixer needed.
