NASA Moon and Mars Globe With Stand

The STL Moon Globe is built from real NASA LRO LOLA laser altimeter heights, or NASA MGS MOLA data for a Mars globe, and saved as Stereolithography, the triangle file every slicer prints. Body, diameter and height stretch are chosen so craters and highlands stand out, and a 15 mm flat at the south pole lets the moon model stand, with a ring stand as the second file. StarForge 3D Modeling Software downloads both as a 3D Print STL File pair, a detailed moon STL for 3D printing a classroom project, space gift or shelf display.
