Open CAD Files Without CAD Software

STEP files, the ISO 10303 exchange format for exact CAD solids from SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Onshape, Inventor and FreeCAD, normally need a CAD program just to look at. The STEP Viewer opens them in the browser instead, with nothing uploaded. A supplier part or a downloaded bracket turns, zooms and shows its front, side and top, and Dimensions On reports its true size in millimetres, the number that decides whether a part fits before 3D printing. Export Image grabs a still, and Export Video films the model spinning. StarForge 3D Modeling Software opens a 3D Print STL File too.
