Split Multi Body CAD Exports Into STLs

Assemblies exported from Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Onshape or FreeCAD usually travel as STEP, the ISO 10303 standard for exchanging exact CAD solids. A STEP file with a bracket, a lid and a hinge in one export is hard to slice piece by piece. The STEP Splitter reads it and returns each body as its own remeshed 3D Print STL File, dropping floating bits under 1 mm along the way, with nothing uploaded. The result is triangle mesh made for 3D printing, not editable CAD. StarForge 3D Modeling Software turns a multi-body STEP export into separate STL files in one drop.
