Motor Coupler for Lead Screw Assemblies

Mechanical designers lay out stepper motors and lead screws in Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Onshape or FreeCAD, and the STEP Shaft Coupler drops a matching coupler into that assembly as STEP, the ISO 10303 exchange format. It is a faceted mesh, not an exact parametric CAD solid, so it checks fit and clearance rather than giving an editable feature tree. It joins two round or D shafts, bores 0.2 mm oversize, with one M3 set screw and nut trap a side, in Rigid or Flexible Spiral Style. StarForge 3D Modeling Software saves a 3D Print STL File as well for 3D printing.
