Printable Brick System for CAD Edits

Designers who want to add their own features to a brick in Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Onshape or FreeCAD can take it out as STEP, the ISO 10303 exchange format. STEP Building Blocks writes plates, bricks and bases on the shared 10 mm grid, 4 mm module and round 5 mm connector, but the file holds a faceted mesh, not an exact parametric CAD solid. Bases have flat undersides, and a fit test strip of five socket clearances tunes the grip.
