Trim Dense Research Meshes

Meshes from research code, CGAL or Geomview often come as OFF text with far more faces than printing needs, and Reduce OFF File Size trims them in the browser. The file is decimated to 300,000 triangles, a smaller file with the same shape that a slicer or an upload limit will accept. Any per-face colour stored in the OFF is not kept. StarForge 3D Modeling Software uploads nothing and saves the slimmer mesh as a 3D Print STL File, light enough for any slicer and quick for 3D printing.
