PLY, the Polygon File Format from Stanford, is the mesh format MeshLab, CloudCompare and research tools load first, often for comparing a scan against a design. The PLY Playing Card Holder writes the slotted stand as PLY, handy for checking a printed holder, scanned back in, against its source. Slots are 2.5 mm wide and lean 15 degrees; two rows put the second 10 mm higher; length is typed.
