A 3D scan of a person, pet or statue saved as Polygon File Format comes out at life size or at whatever scale the scanner guessed. PLY Miniature Scaler turns that Stanford mesh into a real miniature: it finds the height above the base and scales to 28mm, 32 mm, 54 mm, 75 mm or 1/6 scale, the classic action figure size. Scale Model resizes the whole scan, base included, as a 3D Print STL File for 3D printing, and StarForge 3D Modeling Software does it free, nothing uploaded.
