OFF Miniature Scaler reads the Object File Format, a plain text vertex and face list from Geomview found in shape datasets and research code, where models are often normalised to a unit box. The tool finds the figure's height above its base and scales it to 28mm, 32 mm, 54 mm, 75 mm or 1/6 scale, so a 6 ft figure's eyes sit right. Scale Model resizes the whole model, base included, into a 3D Print STL File for 3D printing, free in StarForge 3D Modeling Software, nothing uploaded.
