Workshop planners who lay out dust collection in Blender or another modelling program can drop in the part from OBJ Hose Adapter, a Wavefront OBJ that nearly every 3D package imports. The two ends of a shop vac, dust extractor or garden hose are measured and typed, each set inside or over, and the tube gets 30 mm tapered ends with a 1 degree taper and a 2 mm stop lip. Its wall is checked never to get too thin. StarForge 3D Modeling Software also writes a 3D Print STL File for 3D printing, with no seal or heat rating claimed.
