View Google Earth Models in the Browser

Google Earth buildings and SketchUp 3D Warehouse downloads often come as KMZ, a Zipped Google Earth Model that packs KML location data with a COLLADA mesh and its textures. The KMZ Viewer opens it in the browser with nothing uploaded, so the model can be turned, zoomed and seen from the front, side and top. Dimensions On reports its true size in millimetres, the starting point for planning a desk-sized print of a landmark. Export Image saves a picture; Export Video records a turntable spin.
