Prepare CAD Vases for Spiral Vase Mode

Vases designed in an older CAD program are often saved as IGES, and IGES Vase Mode Cutter turns those surfaces into a mesh and cuts it flat at the bottom and top for spiral vase mode. Both heights are found for it: the bottom footprint and the highest single outline. Each cut is capped, so the model stays closed and slices cleanly in Bambu Studio, Cura, Orca Slicer or PrusaSlicer. Nothing is uploaded, and StarForge 3D Modeling Software returns a 3D Print STL File, a mesh rather than exact CAD, for 3D printing in vase mode.
