Flexible Scale Armor for Prop Makers

IGES Scale Mail writes the Initial Graphics Exchange Specification, an older neutral CAD format still read by many CAM and surfacing programs, for a prop maker sizing armor against other CAD parts. It contains a faceted mesh, not true CAD surfaces. The sheet is made of round, hexagon or pointed scales pinned to their neighbours with clearance, flexing like fabric. The page sets scale shape, size, columns and rows. StarForge 3D Modeling Software also saves a 3D Print STL File for support free 3D printing in place.
