Slotted Card Stand for Fusion 360 and FreeCAD

Older CAD systems and many machine shops still trade parts as IGES, so IGES Playing Card Holder writes the slotted card stand in that exchange format for anyone opening it in Fusion 360, SolidWorks or FreeCAD. Its surfaces are the faceted triangles of the mesh, not an exact CAD solid. Slots are 2.5 mm wide with a 15 degree lean, and an optional second row stands 10 mm higher; only the length and the number of rows are set. StarForge 3D Modeling Software keeps a 3D Print STL File of the same holder ready for 3D printing.
