Rhino, CATIA and the CAM software behind laser-cut and CNC carry cases still read IGES, the Initial Graphics Exchange Specification. The IGES Miniature Tray writes a tray as a faceted mesh, not an exact CAD solid, so it can be placed inside a case design or a foam-replacement layout. Pockets are round and 0.5 mm wider than the base, set in any grid of columns and rows at any height, with a lip on top for stacking. StarForge 3D Modeling Software keeps a 3D Print STL File for 3D printing, an alternative to foam for tabletop RPG and wargaming miniatures.
