Resize Legacy CAD Figures to Tabletop Scale

IGES Miniature Scaler opens an Initial Graphics Exchange Specification file, the older CAD surface format that still comes out of legacy CAM and design suites, and scales its figure for the tabletop. The tool reads the height above the base and sets 28mm, 32 mm, 54 mm, 75 mm or 1/6 scale, so a 6 ft figure's eye line matches the collection. Scale Model resizes the whole model, base and all, into a 3D Print STL File for 3D printing, in StarForge 3D Modeling Software, free and with nothing uploaded.
