Print in Place Hinge for Machine Shops

Machine shops whose CAD still reads the Initial Graphics Exchange Specification can place a printed hinge with the IGES Hinge Generator, written as a faceted mesh and not an exact parametric CAD solid. Door, cabinet and box hinges come from a typed Length and Leaf Width and a pick of Knuckles, each leaf holding 3.5 mm countersunk screws 8 mm from the ends, assembled with 0.4 mm clearance around a 3 mm pin. StarForge 3D Modeling Software also gives a 3D Print STL File for 3D printing flat, no supports.
