Machine shops and older CAD programs still request IGES, the Initial Graphics Exchange Specification from the early days of CAD data exchange. The IGES Deck Box Generator hands them a deck box and slide-on lid as faceted mesh surfaces, never an exact parametric CAD solid. Card sizes are Standard 63 x 88 mm, Japanese Size 59 x 86, Tarot 70 x 120 and Mini 41 x 63, plus 3 mm each way when sleeved, with 0.3 mm lid clearance and a typed deck thickness. StarForge 3D Modeling Software makes a 3D Print STL File for 3D printing too.
