SketchUp Models as Hollow Hidden Boxes

COLLADA Digital Asset Exchange files from SketchUp and older engines can hold buildings, vehicles and props worth printing as a hidden box. Hollow DAE pulls the mesh from the XML, repairs any open surfaces first and splits the model at the chosen height, starting at mid height. Both halves are emptied to the set wall, and a 2 mm lip on the bottom locates in a groove on the top. The top is turned onto its cut face, and the two pieces download as 3D Print STL File meshes for 3D printing from StarForge 3D Modeling Software, with nothing uploaded.
