Set Characters to True Tabletop Scale

Characters pulled from games, Sketchfab or a web viewer usually arrive as glTF, sized in metres to whatever the artist chose, and glTF Miniature Scaler sets them to true tabletop scale. It finds the figure's height above its base and scales to 1/6, 28 mm, 32 mm, 54 mm or 75 mm, placing a 6 ft figure's eyes at the right height above its feet; Scale Model resizes the whole thing, base included. Textures stay behind. Nothing is uploaded, and StarForge 3D Modeling Software saves the result as a 3D Print STL File for 3D printing miniatures.
