Editing a downloaded GLB in an older tool, or in software that never added glTF support, usually means converting it to Wavefront OBJ first. The GLB to OBJ Converter reads the Binary glTF and writes an OBJ mesh inside the browser, free, with nothing uploaded. Blender, ZBrush, Maya and countless renderers open the result.
