GLB files from different generators and exporters can carry extras or quirks that another viewer stumbles over. The GLB to GLB Converter opens a Binary glTF in the browser and writes it out again as a fresh GLB, free and without an upload. The re-saved file is ready for three.js, model-viewer or Sketchfab.
