Resize Game Characters to 28mm Scale

Game characters and AI generated figures usually arrive as Binary glTF, one GLB file sized for a game scene in meters rather than for a wargame table. GLB Miniature Scaler finds the figure's height above its base and sets it to 28mm, 32 mm, 54 mm, 75 mm or 1/6 scale, so the eyes of a 6 ft hero sit at a true miniature height.
