Patch Holes in Photogrammetry Scans

Polygon File Format scans from photogrammetry apps, structured light scanners and MeshLab almost always have holes where the camera never saw, under the base or inside deep folds. Fill Holes In PLY reads the ASCII or binary Stanford mesh, caps every one of those open loops, then remeshes and decimates the dense scan into a light closed solid. Vertex colour is dropped and a watertight 3D Print STL File comes back for 3D printing. StarForge 3D Modeling Software turns a raw scan into a printable part with nothing uploaded.
