Autodesk FBX, born as Filmbox, carries meshes, rigs and animation between Maya, 3ds Max, Unity and Unreal Engine, so game-ready vases and urns often come in this format. The FBX Vase Mode Cutter takes only the geometry, locates the base footprint and the top of the highest single outline, and cuts the model level at both heights with capped faces. The closed result is a 3D Print STL File for spiral vase mode in Cura, Bambu Studio, Orca Slicer or PrusaSlicer. StarForge 3D Modeling Software runs it in the browser for 3D printing, with no upload.
