Wood Planks and Beams for Game Artists

Autodesk FBX moves meshes into Unity, Unreal Engine, Maya and 3ds Max, so the FBX Scale Lumber output gives game artists and animators boards that read as real wood: fixed grain, the odd knot and V-jointed planking sheets. Pieces are sized from real lumber at 1:24 to 1:100 or 28 mm, as a wood plank, wood beam or planking sheet, and nothing is thinner than 0.8 mm. StarForge 3D Modeling Software saves the same boards as a 3D Print STL File, so the props can also be made real by 3D printing.
