Unity, Unreal Engine, Maya and 3ds Max scenes take assets as Autodesk FBX, and the FBX Miniature Doors And Windows tool gives them doors and windows with real-world proportions at miniature scale. Scales span 1:24 to 1:100 plus 28 mm; size and number of panes are chosen, frames follow real ones and stay 2 mm or thicker, and a dollhouse door carries raised panels and a knob. For the physical model, StarForge 3D Modeling Software exports a 3D Print STL File for 3D printing on its back without supports.
