Upgrade COLLADA Libraries to glTF

Khronos describes glTF as the runtime counterpart to COLLADA, which was built for authoring exchange. The DAE to glTF Converter moves a Digital Asset Exchange model into the GL Transmission Format directly in the browser, free and with no upload. Older COLLADA libraries can then be used in three.js, Babylon.js and Godot. It is a natural upgrade path for archived assets.
